Our training centres offers the

perfect environment for you to

train in within a relaxed & friendly environment.

We have a large range of training

equipment including wooden dummies,

wall-striking bag, kick shields,

focus pads, mitts, weapons at both

of our training facilities and

use a full size indoor netball court

at both the centres as our training room.
